Sophia Libman

Sophia Libman is the Founder and CEO of X-Time, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing STEAM opportunities for elementary-aged children, and the Founder and Counselor at X-PLORE Summer Camp, where Sophia designs and manages operations for a STEAM-focused program. Current internship experiences at Open Water and Chicago Sky WNBA involve outreach and corporate partnerships, respectively. Previous roles include an intern at the Siebel Center for Design, where a human-centered design curriculum was created, and various internships focused on community engagement and research at organizations such as the United Way of Champaign County, Habitat for Humanity, and Eastern Illinois Foodbank. Sophia is pursuing a degree at Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in 2028, after graduating from Academy High in 2024 with a 4.0 GPA.
