Cláudio Eduardo Cartabiano Leite

Cláudio Eduardo Cartabiano Leite, MSc, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in the fields of food science and technology, currently serving as an Editorial Board Member for the scientific journal Plant at Science Publishing Group since November 2022. Previously, Cláudio worked as a Scientific Researcher/Data Scientist at IL Data Tec, contributing to technological tool development and data analysis until August 2023. Cláudio earned a Ph.D. in Food Science from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and an MBA in Agribusiness from MBA USP/Esalq. Additionally, Cláudio holds an MSc in Chemistry and Biochemistry Process Technology from Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná and a BTech in Food Technology and Processing.
