Victor Ntukidem

Victor Ntukidem is a qualified Food and Nutrition professional with extensive experience in various roles across the food industry and education. Currently, Victor serves as the Lead Consultant for the African Children's Aid Education and Development Foundation (ACAEDF), focusing on developing nutritious meal plans for primary schools in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Previous roles include volunteering as a reviewer for the International Journal of Food Science and Biotechnology, working as a Research Assistant at the University of Uyo, and managing Pegasus Lounge. Additional experience encompasses supervising operations at Akwa Prime Hatchery and Poultry Limited, teaching science subjects, and serving in diverse capacities in food production. Victor holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Uyo.
