Robin M Kovach

Robin M Kovach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in oceanography and atmospheric science. Currently serving as the Vice President and Program Manager for the Support for Atmospheres, Modeling, and Data Assimilation (SAMDA) at Science Systems and Applications, Inc since February 2012, Robin has been instrumental in managing in-situ ocean data retrieval and developing analytical tools as Chief Research Scientist within the NASA Ocean Salinity Science Team from 2017 to 2020. Prior experience includes roles at SAIC as a Senior Programmer and Project Lead, and a Research Associate position at the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science. Robin holds a Master's degree in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, obtained between 1990 and 1996.
