Emily Farello

Emily Farello has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Emily is currently the Director of HR Business Partner at ScienceLogic, where they also served as a Senior HR Business Partner for the Product & Engineering division. Prior to that, Emily worked at BB&T as a Human Resources Business Partner and Employment Consultant, where they provided strategic guidance for the Wealth Management Retirement & Institutional Services division. Emily also worked as the Director of Human Resources at The Wright Insurance Group, where they consulted on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. Before that, they were the Director of Client Relations at Credit Union Lending Plus, and a Client Relationship/Program Manager at CA Technologies.

Emily Farello has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Hofstra University.
