Rich Kucharski

Rich Kucharski has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Rich is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales Engineering at ScienceLogic and serves as an Advisory Board Member at Sales Community. Prior to these positions, Rich held the role of Senior Director at VMware, where they led the Global Solutions Consultants supporting the company's largest Global Accounts. Rich played a crucial role in the transformation from perpetual to SaaS and achieved significant revenue growth. Before VMware, Rich served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Solution Architecture at Immuta, respectively. During their time at SimpliVity Corporation, they were the Vice President of Solutions Architecture, responsible for building and leading a global Solutions Architect team that supported substantial revenue growth. Rich also held positions at JPMorgan Chase, IBM, bear stearns, EMC, and Tri-comm, where they held executive and managerial roles.

Rich Kucharski completed a mini mba program at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science from William Paterson University of New Jersey, graduating in 1994. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification for a guest appearance on Disruptive LIVE in 2023.
