Claire Wybierala

Claire Wybierala (Malaveille) serves as the Directrice du Développement RH at Sciences Po since January 2015, having previously held the position of Responsable du pôle Formation, GPEC et Projets transverses RH. Prior to this, Claire worked at Orangina Schweppes France from July 2004 to December 2014 as Responsable Ressources Humaines, where responsibilities included acting as an HR Business Partner for both Sales and Back-Office functions, advising department directors and managers on various HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies. Claire holds a degree from NEOMA Business School and ESC Rouen.
