Heymi Bahar

Heymi Bahar is a seasoned professional in renewable energy markets and policy, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at the International Energy Agency since January 2013, where responsibilities include project management for the Renewable Energy Market Report. Concurrently, Heymi is a Lecturer at Sciences Po since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Policy Analyst at the OECD focusing on trade and environment and as a Consultant for The World Bank on arsenic contamination in Bangladesh. Heymi holds an MA in Energy, Resources and Environment from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Social and Political Sciences from Sabanci University. Additional experience spans government relations, teaching assistance, and research in international affairs.
