Lucile Bachelier

Lucile Bachelier currently serves as an intervenante at Sciences Po for the certificate on gender equality in public policy since September 2024 and holds the position of responsible for professional equality between women and men at DGAFP since November 2023. Responsibilities include overseeing and animating professional equality policies across public services, managing a one million euro fund for professional equality, and acting as an expert for the Professional Equality Label. Previous experience includes roles at DGDDI focusing on trans-Manche security, a mission at the Ministry of the Interior related to the national police citizen reserve, a research assistantship at the National Institute for High Security and Justice Studies, and serving as a parliamentary attaché in the House of Commons of Canada. Lucile Bachelier holds a Master II degree from the Institut d'études politiques de Rennes and has pursued additional studies at the Ecole nationale des Douanes.
