Ina Sharuba

Ina Sharuba is a Senior Business Analyst and Unit Lead at ScienceSoft, with previous experience at EPAM Systems and also ScienceSoft in various Business Analyst roles. With a background in Mathematics from Belarusian State University, Ina has a strong foundation in requirements elicitation, documentation creation, design review, and user acceptance testing. In addition, their experience includes presales activities such as reviewing RFP requirements, defining solution scope, and creating prototypes and proposals. Prior to their current roles, Ina worked as Lead Economist at Приорбанк, starting as an operator of the Sales Team and later becoming the Head of Sales Team on outsourcing for "Priorbank" JSC. Ina also has a certification as a Pimcore Developer Junior from Pimcore Academy in 2019.
