Jonathan Nyborg has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jonathan started their career at Giant Food in 2006, where they held various roles such as customer service associate, cashier, and pharmacy clerk. At Pet Nutrition Center, from 2010 to 2016, they served as an assistant manager and was responsible for customer consultation, implementing new procedures, and streamlining employee duties. From 2016 to 2017, Jonathan worked at Results (by Results Software) as a client services specialist/operations, where they provided technical support and performed tasks like creating reports, onboarding new clients, and attending trade shows. Jonathan then joined AbacusNext in 2017 and held two roles: client services specialist and product manager. As a client services specialist, they provided customer guidance, support, and acted as a liaison between the support and development teams. In their role as a product manager, they oversaw product development, collected client feedback, and recommended product changes. Most recently, Jonathan is working at Scientiamob as a customer success specialist, starting in 2020.

Jonathan Nyborg holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Jonathan obtained this degree from George Mason University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.

Prior to attending George Mason University, Jonathan completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Social Science/Psychology at Northern Virginia Community College. Jonathan attended this institution from 2007 to 2010.

Additionally, Jonathan has obtained a certification in Google Technical Support Fundamentals from Coursera in April 2019.
