Xuyen-Quoc Ly-Huynh

Xuyen-Quoc Ly-Huynh is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving at Scientific Applications & Research Associates, Inc. since June 2015. Previously, Xuyen-Quoc held key roles at Leidos and SAIC, where responsibilities included leading teams in the delivery of complex Electro-Optical Sensor payload systems, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and successfully capturing significant contract awards. Xuyen-Quoc has a strong military background, having led important tactical space programs for the United States Air Force, which included overseeing logistics and training for high-priority projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Systems from California State University-Long Beach, and a BS in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
