Eileen Moore Johnson

EVP, CHRO at Scientific Games

Eileen Moore Johnson joined Scientific Games in 2020 as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Ms. Moore Johnson is responsible for developing and executing Scientific Games’ global human resources strategy in support of the Company’s long-term business strategies. His specific focus areas include organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation, succession planning, and company culture.

Prior to joining Scientific Games, Ms. Moore Johnson served as the Regional President of The Cromwell, Flamingo, Harrah’s and The LINQ casino resorts on the Las Vegas Strip for Caesars Entertainment. During her successful career at Caesars Entertainment, Ms. Moore Johnson also served as Regional President and General Manager of the Horseshoe Casino and Hotel Southern Indiana, as Assistant General Manager of Harrah’s New Orleans and served on the Corporate Gaming Team. She also acted as the chief of staff in the role as Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO and CFO for two years. Ms. Moore Johnson also held leadership roles at Fairmont Hotels in San Francisco and Hilton Hotels.

An active community leader, Ms. Moore Johnson currently serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and on the Board of Directors of Global Gaming Women. She also is a member of the United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council and the Young Presidents Organization.

Ms. Moore Johnson graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree. She also earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
