Pam Jones

Pam Jones is an experienced professional in sales and operations management, currently serving as the Distribution Sales Manager at Scientific Games and as Operations Manager at SG - Lottery since September 2018. In these roles, Pam oversees an Inside Sales team of seven and a Warehouse team of nine, focusing on the sales and distribution of Kentucky Lottery scratch-off products. Prior to this, Pam worked at the Kentucky Lottery Corporation from August 1993 to September 2018, managing the Internal Sales department to enhance retailer satisfaction and boost sales. Additionally, Pam has over a decade of experience as VP of Operations/Marketing at Kentucky Central Credit Union, where management of 15 employees and outreach to potential new organizations were key responsibilities. Pam is an alumna of Sullivan University.
