Lin Rao

Lin Rao has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and scientific research industry. They began their career at PanVera in 2000 as the HTS Assay Group Leader. In 2002, they joined Scientific Protein Laboratories, LLC, where they held various positions including Senior Development Scientist, Research Scientist, Manager of R&D Analytical, and Senior Manager of R&D Analytical. In their most recent role as the Director of Scientific Affairs Innovation, Lin is responsible for providing technical expertise, managing R&D projects, supervising a team of scientists, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards.

Lin Rao has a strong education background in the field of biology. They obtained a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General from Beijing University of Agriculture from 1984 to 1988. They then pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Master's degree in Bacteriology from 1990 to 1992. Lin Rao continued their studies at the same university and completed a PhD in Bacteriology from 1992 to 1998. They further pursued a Postdoctor degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1998 to 2000.
