Miguel Graham

Miguel Graham has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked for the Electoral Office Of Jamaica as a Computer Technician/Trainer. Miguel then transitioned to NationGrowth MicroFinance Ltd, where they served as an Information Technology Manager until 2010. Miguel joined The CB Group in 2010 as a Systems Administrator before moving to CB Machine Service Company Ltd. as the Chief Operations Officer from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Sagicor Life Insurance Company until November 2015. Miguel then took on the role of Category Manager at Intcomex for a year. In 2018, Miguel became the IT Manager at Kinghorn & Kinghorn, where they revamped the IT department and managed a skilled IT team. In 2020, they became the Operations Manager at Haul and Pullup Limited, where they focused on aligning business and IT strategies and pioneered customer service initiatives. Meanwhile, Miguel also served as an Advisory Board and Consultant at Sure Financial Services Limited from 2011 until 2022. Currently, they are the Management Information Systems Coordinator (Head of MIS Department) at the Scientific Research Council, where they formulate strategic IT plans and oversees IT equipment procurement and installation.

Miguel Graham, J.P. has a Bachelor's degree in IT and Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica, which they earned from 2004 to 2007. Miguel also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the European Business School of Barcelona, completed from 2021 to 2023.
