Samir Al-Stouhi is a Senior AI Research Scientist at Perceptronics Solutions, Inc., focusing on developing AI algorithms for multi-agent UAV swarms in DARPA-funded research since July 2022. Previously, as a Research Scientist at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc., Samir advanced robotic swarm intelligence and neuromorphic computing. As the Artificial Intelligence and Prediction Manager at Great Wall Motors, Samir led an international team in the development of AI algorithms for autonomous driving. Notable accomplishments include creating real-time camera algorithms and coordinating multi-vehicle localization with Honda R&D Americas. Samir's career began as a Graduate Research Assistant at Wayne State University, developing optical spectroscopy probes for breast cancer diagnosis, and spans roles as Senior Project Engineer at Kostal Of America and DSP Platform Architect at Visteon Corporation. Samir holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University.
