Padmanesh NC has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing analytics and big data solution architecture. Padmanesh started their career at Sciera, Inc. in 2011 as a Software Developer and DBA, working with cutting-edge technologies for high-end massive data acquisition. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Software Developer & BigData Admin, developing Sciera's SMART text engine architecture and enabling companies to implement strategic and tactical marketing actions. In 2015, they became a Big Data Solution Architect at Sciera, responsible for understanding end user requirements and designing solutions. From 2016 to 2019, Padmanesh worked as a Big Data Solution Architect and Spatial Data Specialist, analyzing spatial data through R programming and Google Earth. Their role involved coordinating the acquisition of new spatial data and integrating it into the GIS system. Since 2019, they have been working as the Director of Marketing Analytics at Sciera, overseeing the implementation and analysis of marketing analytics. In 2017, Padmanesh joined Aroscop Inc. as the Head of Marketing Analytics, responsible for offering a flexible, transparent, and cost-effective platform for advertisers to control their ad trade.

Padmanesh NC completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science & Engineering from Anna University. Padmanesh then pursued a certification in Statistical Learning from Stanford University.

In terms of additional certifications, Padmanesh has obtained various qualifications. These include being a participant in the AWS Data Lab from Amazon Web Services (AWS), completing the Snowflake Datawarehouse & Cloud Analytics course from Udemy, and becoming an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate.

Padmanesh has also acquired certifications in Cloud Computing & Security (IaaS, PaaS & SaaS), Ethical Hacking - SUBNETTING MASK, and Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing with Kali Linux from Cybrary. Other certifications include Statistical Learning from Stanford University, BigData & Basic Hadoop Essentials, and Data Mining & Basic Scrapings in Datawarehouse from Udemy.

Furthermore, Padmanesh has completed certifications in R Programming and The Data Scientist’s Toolbox from Coursera. Padmanesh also obtained certifications in Six Sigma - Understanding Design of Experiment and Diploma in Google & Digital Analytics from ALISON - Free Online Learning. Additionally, they completed Google's Making Sense of Data certification from Google and MongoDB for DBA from MongoDB.
