Rachel Lively's work experience begins in 2010 as an Art and Design Teacher in various schools. Rachel then worked as a TV & Film Make-up Trainee for a brief period before transitioning to roles such as Administrative Assistant and Office Coordinator at ReLettings. In 2015, they became the Office Manager and later the Business Development Manager at Foster and Sons Removals. Rachel started their own company, Lively Creative Limited, in 2016 where they offered marketing, copywriting, social media management, and personal assistant services. Rachel then worked as a Marketing Manager at Awards International from 2017 to 2019. Following this, they held Digital Marketing Executive positions at InkLab Medical Communications and Logicearth Learning Services from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are the Marketing Content Manager at SciLeads, responsible for providing valuable content and insight to customers.

Rachel Lively completed their education in the field of Art and Design. In 2003-2004, they attended Ulster University for Foundation Studies in Art and Design. Rachel continued their studies at the same university from 2006 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honours degree in Art and Design. In 2009-2010, they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) specializing in Art and Design at Ulster University as well. Additionally, Rachel obtained a Digital Marketing Level 4 certification from the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in July 2018.
