Benny Huang

Benny Huang has worked for two companies, ScImage, Inc. and California State University, Chico. At ScImage, Inc., they began working in 2019 and held the roles of Implementation Team Lead, Implementation Specialist, and Technical Support Specialist. In this role, they created tickets in a ticketing portal and provided clear documentation of the issue and solution to provide team members and customers with information on how to prevent the issue or resolve it in future cases. Benny also worked in a call center to help customers to solve HL7, DICOM, and interoperability issues for hospitals and clinics that used ScImage PACS software. At California State University, Chico, they began working in 2016 and held the roles of Recycling Lead and Recycling Assistant.
