Joy's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Gilead Sciences, ViiV Healthcare, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, with a strong track record in global commercialization, strategic planning, and market analysis, particularly in HIV and related therapeutic domains. Joy's academic credentials comprise an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the Medical College of Virginia, among others.
