Charlie Baxter

Charlie Baxter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Charlie started their career in 2006 as a Designer/Fabricator for the FSAE Student Formula Car Team until 2008. Charlie then joined Boeing in 2009 as a Test & Evaluation Engineer, where they worked on multiple projects for different aircraft models and traveled extensively. In 2015, they joined Craftsmen Industries as a Design Engineer & Project Manager until 2018. Since 2018, Charlie has been working at Scinomix, first as a Project Engineer, then as a Production Manager, and later as a Production and Product Development Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Manufacturing and R&D at Scinomix.

Charlie Baxter attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
