Patricia Pella Fernandez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public-private partnerships and related fields. Currently serving as a lecturer for the CAF Diploma in Public-Private Partnerships, Patricia has held roles with notable organizations including Oxfam, UNDP, and the Inter-American Development Bank. Patricia's expertise is further underscored by positions such as Deputy Manager of Public-Private Partnerships at the Contraloría General de la República del Perú and Senior Adviser at the Ministry of Economy and Finance Peru. An alumnus of The London School of Economics and Political Science, Patricia holds an MSc in Social Policy and Development, complemented by multiple certifications in public administration, project management, and finance from esteemed institutions. Currently involved with the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction as a country-based focal point for the Republic of Moldova, Patricia continues to influence the field of public administration and partnership strategies on both regional and international scales.
