Jesus Magana

Jesus Magana has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jesus started their career at Aklara / Regional Market Makers in 2005 as a Developer (Part Time Job) before moving on to SAT - Servicio de Administración Tributaria as a Developer. In 2006, they worked as a Business Analyst at Wal-Mart. Jesus then joined Scio Consulting in 2007 as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they co-founded and led the Quality Assurance Team. Jesus was responsible for defining the QA process and conducting testing for various US-based companies. In 2009, they became a Product Owner at Scio Consulting, where they decomposed business and user requirements and implemented Scrum Agile Development. Later in 2012, Jesus worked as a Professor at TecNM, teaching various courses and designing the curriculum for the Communications and Information Technology program. In 2010, they took on the role of Director of Operations at zuhc, focusing on strategic planning, business networking, and sales. Finally, they returned to Scio Consulting in 2015 as a Senior Business Analyst and eventually became a Project Manager responsible for managing client expectations, overseeing project finances, and leading development teams in a multi-project environment.

Jesus Magana obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In 2017 to 2018, they attended Universidad La Salle Morelia, A.C. and obtained a Managerial Skills Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, in December 2018, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through Scrum Alliance.
