Kathy Teague

Kathy Teague is currently serving as the Vice President and Corporate Secretary at ScionHealth since December 2021. Prior to this role, she held various positions at LifePoint Health® from August 2011 to December 2021, including Assistant Vice President, Corporate Governance, Assistant Corporate Secretary, Senior Director of Corporate Governance and Subsidiary Management, Director of Corporate Governance and Subsidiary Management, and Sr. Manager. Before joining LifePoint Health®, Kathy worked as a Paralegal at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis from January 1995 to August 2011, and as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Stripling, Sutton, Rorie, Pedersen & Floyd from August 1993 to December 1994. Kathy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University, a Master of Science (MS) in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, a Master's in Theological Studies from Liberty University, and a Bachelor's degree in History and Criminal Justice from Stephen F. Austin State University.
