Her work as a Senior Investigator and Certified Fraud Investigator has equipped her with the skills needed to investigate claims and resolve complaints effectively. Currently, as the VP of People Strategy and Initiatives at ScionHealth, Michelle continues to drive initiatives focused on compliance and fraud prevention.
