Eric Stevens

Eric Stevens, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, with roles ranging from Employment Practices Assistant to Senior Director Human Resources. Eric has worked in various companies such as The Counseling Center TCC, Pixelle Specialty Solutions, Glatfelter, Southern Ohio Medical Center, Horizon Telcom, Inc., and Horizon PCS. Their responsibilities have included managing labor relations, contract negotiation, developing positive labor/management relationships, employee relations, talent management, and strategic leadership in HR.

Eric Stevens earned their Bachelor's of Specialized Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ohio University from 1992 to 1998. Eric later obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in March 2006, followed by the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in March 2015.
