Casey Barnett

Casey Barnett has extensive work experience in the biotechnology and healthcare industry. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Commercial Operations at Scipher Medicine, where they have been working since May 2023. Prior to this role, Casey served as a Senior Director of Commercial Operations at the same company starting from September 2021.

Before joining Scipher Medicine, Casey worked at Crescendo Bioscience for four years. They held the position of Director of Commercial Operations & Strategic Alliances from July 2018 to September 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager of Commercial Operations & Strategy from November 2017 to September 2021.

Casey also has extensive experience at Myriad Genetics, where they worked for over a decade. They held various roles in product management, starting as an Automation Engineer from April 2005 to July 2009. They then progressed to Sales Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, and finally Senior Product Manager during their tenure at Myriad Genetics.

Earlier in their career, Casey worked at Addsum Business Software as a Software Engineer from December 1997 to May 2006 and at the University of Utah - EIHG as an Automation & Robotics Engineer from November 2002 to April 2005.

Casey Barnett completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Yale University from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2006 to 2008.
