Michael D. Cody

Michael D. Cody serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cody has also served as Chief Financial Officer for our business since September 2015, providing both operational and financial support to the business and assisting on strategic and tactical matters. Prior to joining Scientific Games in 2015, Mr. Cody served at Churchill Downs Interactive as Vice President, Finance from October 2006 through July 2014 and then as Vice President Operations from July 2014 through September 2015. Mr. Cody previously served as Vice President, Finance for Arlington Park for six years. Mr. Cody holds an M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
