Meghan Lilley

Meghan Lilley, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently, Meghan serves in the Human Resources department at SciShield, a leader in EHS and Lab Ops software, since May 2020. Prior to this role, Meghan took a career sabbatical from November 2016 to May 2020 to raise children. Meghan's previous positions include Human Resources and Recruitment at BioRAFT, Human Resources Manager at Digital Science, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Emptoris, an IBM Company. Meghan began their career as an HR Coordinator at Doubletree Waltham Hotel. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a PHR Certification from North Shore Community College.
