Katie Fontaine

Katie Fontaine is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on human capital management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Capital at VMD Corp since November 2020, Katie has also held positions such as Human Capital Manager and Sr Human Capital Generalist within the same organization. Prior to VMD Corp, Katie worked as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Software AG and gained valuable experience at Deltek in multiple HR roles, including HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist. Early career experience includes positions at GS5, LLC and Young Life. Katie Fontaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Flagler College, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
