Helen Vong

Helen Vong has extensive experience in business development and customer success. Helen began their career in 2007 as a Customer Success Manager at Real Mex Restaurants, where they trained, developed, and managed a team of analysts providing technical support to clients. Helen also created and implemented the company's first manager training program. In 2011, they joined 1st Century Bank as an Assistant Vice President of Treasury Management, where they managed relationships with current and prospective clients, assisted with closing sales, and managed and implemented the bank's financial products and services. In 2020, they joined Scismic as Vice President of Business Development & Customer Success and spearheaded the company's westward expansion. Helen increased sales and user acquisition, created new partnerships, and promoted community engagement.

Helen Vong received a Bachelor's Degree from UC Irvine and a Project Management Certification from the University of California, Los Angeles.
