William Chou

William Chou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Scissero Ltd. since April 2024, William has a robust background, previously holding the position of Director - EMEA & APAC Lead for Product Issuance & Development at Barclays Investment Bank from July 2010 to December 2023. In this role, William was instrumental in managing cross-asset structured product teams, implementing technology roadmaps for growth, and fostering C-level relationships with clients and FinTech providers.
