Domenic Rosati

Domenic Rosati has a diverse work experience. Domenic is currently a Senior Research Scientist and Software Engineer at Scite, where they are using NLP and ML to understand scientific text and developing novel approaches to open domain NLP tasks. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Manifold, where they worked on marketplaces, catalogs, and integrations for dev tools. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Valence and a Computer Science Instructor at Shambhala School. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Director of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing at aioTV Inc., where they lead the research, development, and implementation of a computer vision SaaS application. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Teaching and Research Assistant at Dalhousie University, where they researched and developed ML-based patent litigation tools.

Domenic Rosati attended Carleton University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Arts. Domenic then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Information Science at Dalhousie University, which they completed in 2017.
