Elissa Shore-Odell

Elissa Shore-Odell is an experienced professional in human resources and workforce development, currently serving as a Workforce Development Manager and Resource Analyst at SAIC since February 2016. Prior to SAIC, Elissa held various human resources positions at Scitor Corporation and Raytheon Polar Services, including Human Resources roles starting in May 2012 and serving as a Human Resources Supervisor from September 2010 to April 2012. Elissa's foundational experience in human resources began at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, where the role of Human Resources Manager was held from 2002 to 2009. Elissa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
