Bill Dunning

Bill Dunning, PE, currently serves as the Civil Engineering Business Group Leader and Lacey Office Principal at SCJ Alliance since June 2022. Previously, Bill held positions as Managing Principal and Project Manager at Huitt-Zollars, Inc., overseeing commercial and residential land development projects. As the Business Owner of Domus, LLC from January 2011 to December 2016, Bill focused on acquiring and managing residential properties in the South Puget Sound. Bill also contributed to global missions at Calvary Chapel of Olympia, supporting humanitarian efforts across various countries. Earlier in their career, Bill co-founded PACLAND, serving as Principal Engineer, providing planning and engineering consulting services. Bill earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and a Graduate Certificate in Bible/Biblical Studies from Multnomah University.
