Lara Hemingway

Lara Hemingway is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, employee benefit plans, and executive compensation. As a Founding Member of Hemingway Law, PLLC since June 2019, Lara has provided counsel to various clients. Currently, Lara serves as a Board Member for SCJ Alliance, Curtis Restaurant Equipment, and TRS Group, Inc., where involvement includes participation on Audit and Compensation Committees. Previous roles include attorney positions at Foster Pepper PLLC, K&L Gates, and senior legal roles at Umpqua Bank and Sterling Bank. Lara holds a JD from the University of Washington School of Law and an LLM in Taxation from the same institution, alongside a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington.
