Alessandro Borella is an accomplished scientific officer at SCK-CEN, with extensive experience in research and development focused on Non-Destructive Assay techniques for safeguards, particularly in spent fuel measurements and the optimization of novel detection systems, utilizing advanced data analysis methods including artificial neural networks.
