Michele Black

Michele Black currently serves as the Manager of Applications Support at SCO Family of Services, a role involving supervision and maintenance of software applications, as well as management of a technical team for user applications in business operations since May 2021. Prior to this position, Michele held various roles at Netsmart from September 2014 to April 2021, including Senior Solution Support Analyst, where responsibilities included diagnosing complex client inquiries related to EHR systems for health agencies, consistently recognized for exceptional customer service. Earlier experience includes senior roles at ACLD, such as Senior Intake Coordinator for Health Services, overseeing patient admissions and outreach, and program social work facilitating therapy for diverse participants. Michele holds a Master of Social Work (LMSW) from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland.
