Brooke Norris

Brooke Norris currently serves as the Senior Manager of College Customer Success at Scoir, Inc. since July 2024. Previous roles include Director of Enrollment Services at Electric Kite from February 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities encompassed marketing and enrollment funnel diagnostics, consulting, playbook development, staff augmentation, and white label student recruitment. Prior to that, Brooke was the Associate Director of Enrollment Services at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from July 2017 to February 2021, and served various positions at Villanova University and Holy Family School, including roles in graduate admissions and teaching. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Temple University and additional studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
