Kelly Saello has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Kelly began their career at The American Financial Group, LLC, where they worked as a Network Administrator and Communications Coordinator for nearly a decade. Kelly then transitioned to Lionville YMCA, where they served as an Administrative Assistant and Capital Campaign Coordinator for three years. Kelly joined State Farm Insurance as an Account Manager and remained in that role for five years.
In 2013, Kelly joined Hoopla Software as a Software Support Specialist, providing technical assistance to customers. After three years, they moved to Scoir, Inc. as a Client Success/Support Manager and later was promoted to the position of Director of Customer Support. Kelly currently holds this role, overseeing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations in the company.

Kelly Saello has a diverse education history. Kelly began their academic journey in 1986 at Immaculata University, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. Kelly dedicated five years to their studies, completing their degree in 1991.
In 2009, Kelly decided to expand their knowledge and enrolled in the University of Phoenix. Over a period of three years, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, which they accomplished in 2012.
In addition to their formal education, Kelly Saello has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they acquired the Property and Casualty Insurance certification from the State of PA. The following year, in 2009, they added the Life and Health Insurance certification to their credentials. Furthermore, in 2014, they became a Certified Salesforce Administrator.
Kelly's dedication to learning is evident in their recent certification from the Clever Academy for App Partners in January 2022, demonstrating their commitment to staying current in the industry.
