Henry Lof

Henry Lof has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years in the insurance industry. Henry is currently serving as the Director of Client Engagement & Retention at Scoop Insurance Brokers since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked at The Co-operators for a significant period, where they held various roles such as Manager of Group Sales & Business Development and National Training Supervisor. Henry also has experience at HB Group Insurance, where they worked as a Sales Supervisor, Contact Centre Supervisor, and Onsite/Outbound Sales Representative.

Henry Lof completed an Insurance Diploma at Mohawk College from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they pursued further education and received a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP) degree from the Canadian Insurance Institute, where they studied Insurance from 2003 to 2010. Additionally, Henry obtained the CIP certification.
