Radosław Milczarek

Tomasz Rados is an experienced financial officer currently serving at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Previously, Tomasz held roles at the European Commission as a Financial Correspondent/Project Assistant from February 2022 to January 2024, supporting the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support in reform implementation. Additionally, Tomasz participated in voluntary efforts as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023. Prior experience includes positions with the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, among others. Tomasz began a career in public service at the Ministry of Economy and Labour and holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
