Workforce Strategy Lead at Scope Victoria

Zane McKenzie has extensive work experience in the disability sector. Zane worked at Scope (Aust) from 2013 to present, holding various roles such as Workforce Strategy Lead, Disability Recruitment Workstream Lead, Customer Partnership Lead, Customer Engagement Manager, and Community Educator. In these roles, Zane was responsible for developing strategies to increase customer engagement, improving customer voice mechanisms, and facilitating programs and training. Prior to that, Zane worked as a Project Officer at Leisure Networks from 2005 to 2008.

Zane McKenzie's education history includes attending Oberon High School from 1997 to 2000, where they completed their VCE. They also participated in the AFL Coaches Association's Level 2 Coach Accreditation Program in 2001. In 2018, Zane received training in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and Easy English at Scope Aust. Ltd. Additionally, they participated in the Scope Aust. Ltd. Communication & Inclusion Resource Centre's Talking Mats Training. In 2022, Zane joined the Scope Aust. Developing Leaders Program, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
