Michelle M. Young

Michelle M. Young, FSA, MAAA, currently serves as Vice President and Head of Partnerships at SCOR, where responsibilities include managing strategic partner relationships and overseeing new product development across the US, with a focus on coordinating solutions throughout the life insurance value chain. Additional roles at SCOR encompass leadership in Underwriting Risk Management for the US and Canada. Michelle M. Young also contributes as a Program Mentor and Advisor for RevTech Labs, supporting innovations in fintech, insurtech, healthtech, and cleantech. Previous experience includes various actuarial positions at Munich American Reassurance Company and an internship at the Florida Department of Insurance, alongside early career roles in media and product management. Michelle M. Young holds a BA in Art History from Baylor University and has pursued further education at Florida State University and UC Berkeley Extension.
