Debra Nickelson, DVM MBA, is an accomplished veterinarian and business professional with extensive experience in industry representation and mentorship. Currently serving as a Delegate for the American Association of Industry Veterinarians since 2020, Debra has actively contributed to the AVMA's governing body while supporting initiatives to enhance member value. Additionally, as a SCORE Certified Mentor Volunteer, Debra conducts workshops and serves as the Chapter Treasurer. As the Founder of Trillium C, LLC, Debra promotes educational initiatives and provides mentorship for veterinarians in career transitions. Debra's commitment to community service is exemplified through roles at the Parkville Women's Clinic and the Washington High School Advisory Board. With previous leadership positions in several organizations, including the Association for Women Veterinarians and experience in product development and marketing within the veterinary industry, Debra holds a BA in Biology, an MBA in Strategic Management, and a DVM in Veterinary Medicine from esteemed institutions.
