Elizabeth Kavanagh

Elizabeth Kavanagh has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Elizabeth most recently worked as the Head of Finance at Scorebuddy since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Financial Controller at beIN MEDIA GROUP from January 2018 to April 2021. Elizabeth has also worked as a Senior Finance Manager at Fox Networks Group from October 2016 to December 2017. Elizabeth gained experience as a US Controller at Pulse Films in an interim contract role in LA from July 2016 to October 2016. Additionally, Elizabeth worked as an Interim Financial Controller at Adjust Your Set from January 2015 to May 2015. Elizabeth held various roles at Essence, including Group Financial Controller from October 2013 to November 2014 and Finance Manager EMEA from October 2012 to September 2013. Elizabeth also worked at Cancer Research UK as a Finance Manager from November 2011 to November 2012 and as a Finance Analyst from June 2011 to November 2011. Elizabeth started their career at KPMG as an Assistant Manager, gaining experience in media, manufacturing, distribution, local government, and not-for-profit audits. Elizabeth worked at KPMG from September 2007 to June 2011, with secondments to the Wales Audit Office and National Audit Office. Moreover, they have experience reporting under various financial reporting frameworks such as IFRS, UK GAAP, local government, and charity SORP.

Elizabeth Kavanagh completed a BSc Hons degree in Mathematics at the University of Bristol from 2004 to 2007. Elizabeth also obtained an ACA qualification from the ICAEW in 2010.
