Chloe Mahtani MCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chloe started their career at Princess Cruises as an Assistant Destinations Manager, where they worked from January 2010 to September 2015. Following this, they worked at Carnival UK Careers as a Resourcing Advisor on a fixed-term contract from September 2015 to February 2016.

In 2016, Chloe joined Arqiva as a Talent Specialist on a fixed-term contract from February 2016 to May 2016. Chloe then moved on to Wilson James, where they served as a Recruitment Manager from May 2016 to October 2016.

From October 2016 to June 2018, Chloe worked at Bluebird Care as a Recruitment Manager for the Franchise Support Centre. Chloe was promoted within the company and took on the role of Learning and Development Manager for the Franchise Support Centre from July 2018 to February 2019. Additionally, they served as the Head of People Development, Engagement, and Culture for the Franchise Support Centre, building and leading the People & Culture function from February 2019 to November 2019.

Chloe then joined Sycurio as a Human Resources Director in November 2019. Chloe reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for managing all people and culture responsibilities. In this role, they created organizational design strategies, talent acquisition processes, and led the HR function for the UK and international offices. Chloe played a crucial role in scaling the company and guiding it through the transition to new investors until May 2022.

From May 2022 to August 2023, Chloe worked at Rebellion Defense as the Head of People Operations. In this role, they were responsible for various HR tasks, such as employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and building the HR function for the UK rebel team.

Most recently, Chloe has joined ScorePlay as the Head of People, starting in October 2023.

Chloe Mahtani MCIPD completed a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from ICS Learn in 2016. In 2019, they pursued a CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management, also from ICS Learn. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Safer Interviewing Skills from NSPCC in 2015.
