Dheraj Saravanan has extensive experience in recruitment and research, currently serving as a Research Associate at Antal International since May 2018 and as an IT Recruiter at SCORG International Consulting Pvt. Ltd. since December 2017. Prior experience includes an HR Internship at Himatsingka Seide Limited in mid-2016. Dheraj holds an MBA with a Post Graduate Program in Management specializing in Human Resources from the National School of Business in Bangalore (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Sri Krishna Arts & Science College in Coimbatore (2012-2015).
