Stina Pentjärv

Stina Pentjärv has had a varied work experience since 2013. Stina began their career at H&M as a Support Office Assistant back-up, a Key Sales Advisor, and a Sales Advisor. In 2016, they moved to Fontes Talent Management as a Senior Researcher and Researcher, where they assisted with open search, database search, and headhunting projects. In 2017, they became the Country Manager for Estonia at MeetFrank and then an Operations Manager, where they were the first person hired to the Operations Team and helped to onboard 6 people to the company. In 2019, they joined Scoro as a People Operations Specialist and a Recruiter, managing the full-cycle of the recruitment process and developing and executing different kind of employer branding activities.

Stina Pentjärv obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Tartu in 2013. In 2021, they received their Testikasutaja litsents from Tripod.
